Standard Bank Learnership
You have the option to choose from several Learnerships, each offering a fixed-term employment period ranging from 12 to 24 months, depending on the programme. As part of the programme, you will receive a monthly stipend, which will help support you financially while you study for your qualification. Additionally, you will benefit from invaluable coaching throughout your learning journey.

Application criteria
